Terms and Conditions
Most Toesycose are handmade to order so will take from 7-10 days to despatch. The exact delivery time for your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of your order being received by us.
Postage to mainland UK and Isle of Wight addresses is £4.50. If your address falls outside of this area please call or email us for postage and packing rates.
Please note that orders shipped outside the UK must still be paid for in pound sterling, and are shipped at the customer's own risk.
We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods, but we will endeavour to use a reputable company to prevent any problems.
If you cancel an order after despatch the Returns Policy will apply.
You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. You must do so in writing by email to sales@toesycose.co.uk. You do not have to give a reason, but it will help us to improve our service if you do.
Prior to returning the goods to us at your own risk you must contact us and obtain a returns number. You will then be given the address to return the goods to.
All returned goods must be undamaged and unused with their original tags and packaging, as failure to do so may incur an administration fee of up to £5. Returns must include the returns number, your name and address and payment method so that a refund can be processed.
You are liable for the cost of returning goods to us. The original postage and packing cost is non-refundable.
If you are exchanging your product for another one in our range you will be charged a discounted rate for subsequent postage. The original postage and packing cost is non-refundable. You must still contact us for a returns number and the conditions for Unsuitable Goods apply.
Should any item prove faulty then please contact us at sales@toesycose.co.uk for instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your own risk. Once the item has been examined by the manufacturer and determined faulty we will issue you a refund for the postage and the item or replace the original item like for like. Please remember that Toesycose is a handcrafted item and should be treated with care and respect. They have been tested by children and trading standards, and comply with current legislation. With proper care they should last until outgrown!
If the fault occurs due to care instructions not being properly followed by the customer we reserve the right not to refund you and to charge an administration fee of £5 to cover our expenses and postage.
We store your personal information in accordance with current legislation. It is only kept for a limited time in order to send you the goods, to allow for a legal cooling off period, and for any manufacturing fault to become apparent. Your details will never be passed on to a third party. You are entitled under the Data Protection Act to see your stored data. Requests for this must be made in writing.
